Guest guest Posted April 18, 2006 Report Share Posted April 18, 2006 Hoisin Cabbage Noodles 1 pkg. rice vermicelli 2 eggs or substitute 2 cups beansprouts 2 cups chinese cabbage 3 tbsps. hoisin sauce 2 tbsps. chinese chilli sauce, hot or mild 1 tbsp. light soy sauce 2 tbsps vegetable oil 1 tbsp. garlic puree 1/2 tsp. black pepper Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft, and drain. Chop the cabbage into thin strips. Heat the oil and fry the garlic until light brown. Add the beansprouts, vermicelli, cabbage and stir fry over a high heat for 2 minutes. Crack the eggs into the pan and toss well with the vermicelli. Add all the seasonings and stir fry rapidly for one minute. Serve with chopped spring onions. serves 4. Messenger with Voice.
