Guest guest
Howdy, I'm embassared to say I don't have a real recipe for the curry stew, it just kind of happens. But here's kind of what I did this last week. I start out with a veggie boullion cube, add water, a splash of mushroom soy sauce, minced garlic, a sprinkle of ginger powder, a bit of sugar, a couple of shakes of curry powder or a teaspoon of curry red curry paste (depends on what I have in the house). The I add what ever veggies are around, usually bok choy, cauliflower, carrots, peas and onions. Then I wisk in a slurry of corn starch to thicken and pour over my patoto. I never get tired of it, and each time depending on what I've added, it's a bit different. Sometimes I add chili powder or red pepper flakes. I hope this works for you too! Heidi Do you have a recipe for your curry stew, I think that sounds good on a baked potato.
