If you purchase it at the store it costs a fortune for a little tub. It's really easy to make and it takes on the flavor of whatever you add to it. It doesn't have the side effects of copious amounts of soy. (unless you have trouble with beans) We did a mexican version, last week we did a more Italian flavor complete with sun dried tomatoes.
