Guest guest
HI Mike: This sounds good. Some years I make a lentil loaf and bring it again not really kosher for Passover but everyone eats it. Some years I do a matza and broccoli dish. I layer it like lasagna. gayle
Guest guest
I did this for and brought it to my passover seder this week... not technically passover friendly, as i used stuffing and tofu (legumes are not allowed on passover for some reason) It ended up being more popular than the chicken dish... EXTREMELY EASY!!! Freeze and defrost 2 blocks of extra firm tofu. SLice in about 1 half inch thick marinate overnight with Thyme, sage and onion powder, some veggie chicken soup powder, soy sauce and olive oil I made 2 boxes of stuffing.. with celery, mushrroms, onions, etc... 2 packages of " turkey " gravy (meat free of course) put the stuffing in a roasting pan with the tofu, covered in the gravy baked at 350 for 45 minutes served with cranbery sauce.... came out great! mike
