I have no idea how these discussions work but will do my best to nut it out. I'm afraid I've not got a lot to offer at the moment - just lots of questions. I've been a vegetarian for about 10yrs......... but I'm ashamed to say I can bearly cook a vegetarian meal - despite not only reading, but buying numerous books. I have been cooking for meat lovers most of my life and just ignore my own needs I guess. Also most of the books still include eggs, which I just can't stomach. I'd be soooo appreciative for any easy, practical recipes (something that perhaps might entice the kids also)!! I CAN'T HANDLE ANOTHER BOWL OF MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY - OVEN BAKED FISH OR TOASTED CHEESE SANDWICH!!!! " How slack " I hear you say but, I just couldn't keep cookin 2 different meals as well as prepare baby food. My youngest is older now (all of 2) and has some unusual tastes so would love to get his taste buds around some tasty vegies. Who knows it may not be too late for my teenage daughter.
