Guest guest Posted April 11, 2006 Report Share Posted April 11, 2006 I saw the post using jello in preserves and thought his might be useful. 1 cup fruit juice to 1 tablespoon agar flakes (or 1 teaspoon agar powder). Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until the agar has dissolved. Pour the mixture into a bowl and chill for 4 to 5 hours or until set.
