I have never used anything with artificial sweeteners but I had a doctor that

had surgery and they found out he was diabetic. He was get very sick from

sorbitol and the others. He had a very hard time since he was addicted to large

amounts of sugar throughout the day.

when I quit chewing gum - and only return after a few frantic days of

And I thought quitting smoking had been my toughest challenge! LOL

You're right Donna - shouldn't touch ANY artificial sweetener! It's so

hard when you try to avoid sugar. I have switched to stevia in my

morning coffee.
