Guest guest
I have never used anything with artificial sweeteners but I had a doctor that had surgery and they found out he was diabetic. He was get very sick from sorbitol and the others. He had a very hard time since he was addicted to large amounts of sugar throughout the day. I gave diet pepsi up as part of my more natural/organic way of living and eating - looks more and more like a wise decision. I have found that if I chew sugarless gum too often (one brand in particular), I develop painful bumps on my tongue. They'll go away when I quit chewing gum - and only return after a few frantic days of chewing.... And I thought quitting smoking had been my toughest challenge! Guest guest
You're right Donna - shouldn't touch ANY artificial sweetener! It's so hard when you try to avoid sugar. I have switched to stevia in my morning coffee. Cyndy
