Guest guest
Hi Rebecca, I entertain non-vegs all the time and they enjoy everything served, I don't serve lawn or soy. Have you been in the recipe files? There are so many casseroles, loaves, patties, dips, salsa recipes, wraps, quiche and tarts, as well as soups, chile recipes and the pasta dishes are endless. There's quite a few salads that are made with grains and beans too. I only use the meat alternatives for a quick meal when I'm pressed for time. I seldom use tofu, I enjoy tofu but I seem to find so many other recipes not calling for it. Is there any certain vegetable or grain dish you are looking for? Do most of the family members have the same taste in vegetables? Maybe we could help you with recipes using them. I still do have to feed my children, and lawn goes over only with my dh. Help! I have taken to not having people over for dinner any more as I am so confused. Vegetarians are far too creative by nature to rely only on soy as their sub of choice. What gives? > Rebecca
