Guest guest Posted April 10, 2006 Report Share Posted April 10, 2006 SPICY TEX-MEX CAVIAR 1 10-ounce package of frozen black-eyed peas 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper 1/4 cup green bell pepper 1/4 cup chopped red onion 1 1/2 Tbl. fresh minced jalapeno pepper 2 Tbl. chopped cilantro 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing Thaw, rinse and drain black-eyed peas, place in bowl and mix with balance of ingredients.
