You deside. 4 large apples, cored 1 tsp. cinnamon 4 whole cloves 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/3 c. apple juice concentrate For bottom of the pan 1 c. water 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 whole cloves Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Core and peel apples, leaving a 1/2 inch base. Place in a baking dish. Place 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon, 1 whole clove, a dash of nutmeg and 2 tsps. apple juice concentrate into each apple. Add the remaining spices to the water and pour water around the apples. Bake for 1 hour, or until the apples are soft. Serve warm or cold. Makes 4 servings.
