Guest guest
Donna Thanks for the book reccomendation. Our local library has it and I plan on getting it today. Our youngest daughter, Lillian, has some food allergy issues we've been working on. So far we have wheat, gluten, and cow's milk. I'm hoping this is it, but the more we can eliminate junk from her diet, the better she will be. Jenn in Michigan
Guest guest
jennifer, my hubby and kids suffer from pretty much the same issues. i'm very interested to find out how you deal with that from a vegetarian standpoint. i'm 80% veggie but the rest of my family is still on meat and fish. right now they can't go 100% veggie because a lot of the vegetarian dishes i/they love are the ones that contain wheat/dairy/eggs. i've been looking for people that have the same problem, and found some through my main food blog (stefoodie.net) but there aren't that many of us. (sigh) thanks, stef -- http://www.stefoodie.net (now a wheat-free, egg-free, dairy-free food blog) http://www.noodlesandrice.com (with b5media) http://www.beyondadobo.com On 4/10/06, Jennifer <clarinet_jenn wrote: > > Donna > > Thanks for the book reccomendation.
