Mexican food - Paul or anyone - advice needed

Browsing online this morning I was very excited to have found a shop

which stocks Mexican food items here in Edinburgh and if they do not

have what I want, there is an online company in London that I can buy

stuff from. So I can get some whole dried chipotle chiles and also

corn husks so that I can attempt tamales... Is there anything else

that I should be looking out for?

YAY!!! Try as many different kinds of dried chilis as you can get your hands

on!
