Avocado Cilantro Salsa

 

1 cup finely chopped tomato

1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup chopped peeled avocado

2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 garlic clove, minced (I use 2 )

1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced (I use 1/2 a pepper)

 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; lightly mash with a fork.
