Guest guest
Ah, wasabi. I love it. Now, there is a gentleman in Orgegon that has a wasabi farm. Now we can buy local wasabi instead of imported. Hooray! Joanie
Guest guest
I do leave the whole pod in my recipes, I don't recommend eating the cardamom pod, it will be hot. Remove or set aside on the plate when serving your dish. I'm brave, I will eat the pod. The only spice and heat I can't get enough of are cardamom, horseradish, wasabi, Chinese hot mustard and ginger in large doses. Now the chili peppers aren't for me. Sissy eats those like candy. Eck!
