Rice Stuffed Peppers 4 bell peppers 1 small onion chopped a few stalks of celery, chopped 10 mushrooms sliced 2 tablespoons oil 2 cups cooked rice Tomato Sauce 1 cup cheese, grated Wash peppers, remove stem end & inside seeds. In a large pot, parboil peppers, remove from pot & allow peppers to dry. In a large skillet, saute onion celery & mushrooms in oil.
