Guest guest
Donna, Yes, put the sage in the ball and heat up 2 cups to a quart of water. Just don't steep it too long - maybe 2 min. GB OT Guru and sage tea I have some dried sage, sould I put that in the tea ball and make tea? How much per cup. I'll do it now. I do have probiotics, those darn antibiotics kill my stomach. Thank you for any help here. Donna New Messenger with Voice. Call regular phones from your PC and save big.
Guest guest
I thought that was about how to do it so I mixed a little of my green tea with it. I feel better today, throat is sore but I think I can whip this. Thanks and that flavor is pretty good also, Donna Guru Khalsa <greatyoga wrote: Donna, Yes, put the sage in the ball and heat up 2 cups to a quart of water.
