If you have a cough, you might want to try sage tea first. Just steep it like

regular tea. Also ginger tea is good. Boil ginger for about 20 min. You can

add a little honey. I have another recipe with onions and honey but that has to

marinate a few days. I f you take anti-biotics take pro-biotics to regain the

intestinal flora you lost.
