(10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained well 1 roll (6 oz.) garlic cheese Salt to taste Ground black pepper to taste Topping: Grated Parmesan Cheese Cut tops off tomatoes and scoop out the pulp being careful not to pierce skin. Drain on paper towels. Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well. Combine hot cooked broccoli, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well. Place tomatoes in a 9 " square baking pan. Stuff tomatoes with broccoli mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated 400º F., oven for 10 minutes. Yield: 4 servings. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
