Guest guest Posted April 6, 2006 Report Share Posted April 6, 2006 Romaine Salad with Dill, Scallions, and Lemon 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) 2 TB fresh lemon juice 1 small clove garlic, minced 6 cups romaine lettuce, washed and shredded (inner leaves only) 3/4 cup chopped fresh dill 1/2 cup thinly sliced scallions (green onions) 1 tsp. salt Ground black pepper 1. Whisk together the oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a large salad bowl. 2. Place the romaine, dill, and scallions in the bowl. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss lightly and serve.
