chipotle chili Hey Christie

I'm not that great of a cook yet but tis is how I use them.

I make the lentil loaf from the files and I use salsa and some diced

chipotle pepper instead of catsup in the recipe.

I make pinto beans and I chop up some chipotle peppers and put in

kind of when they are almost done cooking. I make guacamole and add

some to it. I find them in small cans here, I haven't seen them in a

jar before. Did you ever see tne ground up chipotle powder? Do you

eat spicy Mexican food?

I've been hunting for the small jars of crushed chipotle but they

never have any in the supermarket. I've only been able to buy

jalapenos in a jar rather than in cans. I do like spicy food, but I

think that some of the things that you and Sissy eat would probably

blow the top of my heaf off, LOL!
