I think that's because 39 is such an unpleasant temperature. Its cold,

miserably cold, but not cold enough to be fun. I think it was created so that

we would appreciate the other temperatures more--both warmer and colder. (grin)

but to tell you the truth, my Mom lives in Florida, and would like for me to

move there as well, but I just can't stand the summers. Too darn hot. Where's

the fun in only being comfortable outside before 7am?

I'm in LA and I know nothing about snow at all. I'm sure I wouldn't like it,

there were a few very early mornings in January that hit 39 drgrees and I was

miserable.

39 is a heat wave this time of year in Maine.Have been in my

berkenstocks for three weeks now and refuse to change now until mid

November or right around thanksgiving.
