Guest guest
hi, the name of these posts caught my eye and made me giggle, so i thought i would introduce myself...and my refrigerator!.........lol....i'm katiejayinpa(Western Pa) and i have been slowly going all vegetarian for a little bit...it's actually not hard to do since i love veggies and find vegetarian dishes so interesting to eat! Anyway, here's 10 things in my fridge....hmm- yoghurt, cottage cheese, fresh parmesan cheese, flour tortillas, celery, olives, pickles, miso, tofu, red leaf lettuce. and actually, other than a couple of shelves of assorted condiments there's not too much more. katiejayinpa

I need to go get more miso, and I have tofu that will be incorporated in soup soon.....maybe for lunch! Gordon's food service is awesome for bulk pickles, especially the sweet gherkins, they are so expensive! Tony Packos are great too, but very pricey! We have some good friends who make super bread & butter pickles every summer, too bad they are all gone. :-( AmyF
Guest guest
Welcome KatieJay, I visited your beautiful state two years ago. (Lenhartsville area). You're going to love this group. I sure agree with you when you describe Vegetarian dishes as *interesting*. So very true. Meat dishes are so boring unless they are perked up with veggies. Never ending ideas and recipes here. Have fun Smiles and hugs from Colorado Deanna , " xpprosp2mso2003user " <katiejayinpa wrote: > > hi, the name of these posts caught my eye and made me giggle, so i > thought i would introduce myself.. katiejayinpa >
