OT potatoes and stress

awww, that is not a good thing.

Nothing more disturbing than living with no sleep with stuff going on. I will be

thinking good wishes for you of calmness.

Last night, I ate mashed potato before bed... and

barely slept... having nightmares while I did sleep.

But it wasn't the potato! It was my my currently

over-stressed unhappy life.

 

Tonight I'm eating black bean pancakes (made by

Golden). Even if I still can't sleep, at least right

now my taste buds are happy.
