Guest guest
I was at the grocery store and I saw a box of soy flour. I purchased it but now I don't know what to do with it. Can I use it like regular flour? The box bread making directions call for soy bean oil, which I havn't been able to find around here. I was surprised to be able to find the flour. Any suggestions? Guest guest
I substitute soy flour for only about a third of a cup of flour per recipe. Like if a recipe calls for two cups of flour, I substitute a third of a cup. That works well for me. I think soybean oil is just regular vegetable oil. If the label doesn't say when kind of vegetable oil it is, it's soybean oil. best wishes, Laura-Marie --- pen <plm912 wrote: > I was at the grocery store and I saw a box of soy > flour.
