quinoa and protein - donna

thanks for posting this link, donna. i am actually

planning on getting some quinoa at the grocery store

tomorrow. i'm doing a detox diet right now and have

eliminated wheat (and most other gluten containing

grains)from my diet. i remember (i think lol) that

you posted some quinoa recipes not too long ago...i'm

gonna go check those out.

I love quinoa! I use it in lieu of coucous or rice in

certain recipes. It is more nutritious and tastier, I

think.
