Thanks- Fake meat questions

Thanks for all the helpful responses. Someone asked if I was vegan or

vegetarian; vegetarian. Although some people probably made the jump from meat

eating immediately to veganism, I could not. Although I would like to later, I

know my limits and I wanted to get this committement down first ( I have trouble

with follow through at times).

As for the weight loss question:

I started two major life changes on the same day. I started as a vegetarian as

well as following the eat 6-meals a day plan. I thought for sure that was too

much food and it would never work. However, it has. I eat 3 meals and 3

snacks. Often the last snack I usually don't feel like eating. Doing both has

curbed my appetite for the junk food and oddly enough increased my craving for

veggies. Needless to say THAT shocked ME! I hate vegetables LOL. For example,

broccolli YUCK and Double YUCK. However, 2 weeks ago, I cooked it and mixed it

with salsa and rice. I actaully found myself picking out the brocolli to eat

FIRST! GO figure! Needless to say, I like the new eating. Although I am by no

ways thin yet, I feel lighter and less like something the cat or dog dragged in.
