Guest guest
Do you ever eat jicama? The outer skin is always full of scars, nicks etc. Just cut it off and the inside should be fine? I rarely see round unblemished jicamas....I think this is probably why a lot of people don't buy them. They probably think they are spoiled........Donna Jen Lott <celestial726 wrote:I am going to the Reading Terminal Market today which has every veggie imaginable. They have this rack where they have $1 bags of veggies or fruit and I will see if any good " dippable " stuff is there. I saw jicamas at the supermarket yesterday, but they all looked bruised. I will probably get one out today. Guest guest
Nope, never have eaten one knowingly. I'm looking through our file section for TSP recipes...It would be really nice if offered a search function for the files area.
