It truly is a recipe that you can change and it still comes out good. I used Mrs Dash, minced fresh garlic, Italian seasoning and tarragon leaves because I was out of curry. I used catsup and a beaten egg because I was out of soy sauce. It might have changed the flavor from the original but to me, this version was just like meatloaf. We had it in sandwiches, but leftovers will be re-heated and I'll add a mushroom sauce to pour over the slices. YUMMY! I can't wait to try more loafs from the files.
