Gary we have lots of epazote plants here where we live in Calif. but no one

understands what to do with it. My brother-in-law is from Yucatan and it's used

daily in their black beans to rid the gas and give the beans good flavor.

Admittedly I can usually pick up an epazote (and a stevia)

plant over at a local nursery (Alden Lane in Livermore, CA)

But they certainly don't have all of those basil varieties.
