Guest guest
In a peanut butter cookie i think you could get away with using some applesauce in place of the eggs. i have used baby-food applesauce and baby-food banana puree with good success. There is a recipe for making a homemade version of Enr-G egg replacer in the recipe files. Check it out. Way cheaper than buying a box. If you can't find the recipe and want it i can re-post it for you. *s* namaste ~ pt ~ Though I live, yet I am not, since my sweet hazel-nut has fallen; since my dear love departed, bare and empty is the dark world. ~ Muireadhach Albanach, in Osborn Bergin, 'Irish Bardic Poetry' (trans.
