Hello Donna! Thank you for the welcome. I am lucky, I live in

Anchorage so it is easier to find ingredients but good produce in

the winter is hard to find. It has to be hard for your friend. When

you live out in the villages groceries have to be flown in and the

costs are very expensive. If you want you can give her my email

address and if she needs anything I would be happy to help out.
