Guest guest
LOL Grape is the last eaten in Jolly Rancher mix and I never have to worry. Seems few people love grape flavor. Yummmmmmmmmmmmm! I sure do.......Donna Don't ya hate it when companies do this? Do ya know why there is no cherry pez in theunited states? Cause some moron said, " kids will never like a flavor that tastes like cough syrup. " !!! OMG!! it's the grape that tastes like cough syrup, not the grape. It's horrible I tell you. To open a pack of pez, and only having that strawberry one, never a cherry... too depressing. Does anyone here live in Canada?? You guys can get cherry pez for us!! Just last week I made oatmeal cookies from a recipe I took from the box several yrs ago, I thought it was an " old " recipe that I loved. We really didn't like them, this is the recipe I was looking for. jane > > " Original Quaker Oatmeal Cookie Recipe " > > 2 cups flour > 1/2 tsp salt > 1/2 tsp baking powder > 1 tsp cinnamon > 1/2 tsp ground cloves > 1 cup vegetable shortening > 1 1/2 cups brown sugar > 2 large eggs, beaten > 2/3 cup sour milk (make by adding scant tablespoon lemon juice to milk) > 1 1/3 cups Quaker oats > 1 cup raisins > 1 cup chopped nuts > > Sift first five ingredients together. Cream shortening and sugar, add eggs and beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients in small amounts alternatively with milk. Stir in last three ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees until golden. Usually 8 mins.
