Guest guest Posted May 3, 2005 Report Share Posted May 3, 2005 Mexican Green Rice (this is toooooooooooooo good) 3 cups water 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 long grain rice 2 medium tomatoes chopped 1 tblspn lime or lemon juice 4 green onions chopped 1 1/2 cups cilantro leaves 3/4 cup diced canned green ortega chilis salt & pepper Prepare rice in salted water. While rice is cooking prepare the vegetables. As soon as rice is finished cooking add balance of ingredients and stir. It's ready to serve. " The afternoon knows what the morning never suspected.
