Bad, bad, bad....hehehe Chocolate Pudding Squares 2 cups self-rising flour *~* 1 1/2 cups finely chopped walnuts 2/3 cup brown sugar 1 cup butter, melted 1 package (8 oz.) Neufch‰tel cheese, softened 1 cup confectioners' sugar 1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided 3 cups cold milk 1 package (5.9 oz.) instant chocolate pudding mix In a bowl, combine the flour, walnuts, and brown sugar. Stir in butter. Press into an ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 375û for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely. In a mixing bowl, beat the cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold i n 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over the cooled crust. In another bowl, whisk the milk with the pudding mix for about 2 minutes until it thickens. Pour over cheese mixture and spread evenly. Cover with remaining whipped topping and chill until set. Cut into squares. Yield: 12 to 15 servings. *~* As a substitute for each cup of self-rising flour, place 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt in a measuring cup.
