Guest guest
Hi Shawn, Sorry you are having such pain in your ankle. I get the 2.75 oz tube for $10.99 but you should only need the smaller tube 1.50 oz I do believe that is the size. Anyway that one is about $5.79 if you can't find it you can buy from Amazon.Com. This gel is much less expensive than the smelly things they sell that don't work at all or irritate you skin or people smell you before they see you. I wore a pair of heels that pressed on the ball of my foot and gave me such an ache. I thought I would try this gel I got for Mom but not believeing it would help me amd I was wrong. It took the pain away completely. Hoping you feel better..............Donna matrixenos <matrixenos wrote: Donna, this is very timely. I have this recurring ankle thing happening every so often (every 6 months or so). Out of nowhere my ankle will swell up and hurt so soooo bad. I think it might be tendinitus or something. Anywho it started to act up Thursday evening and has progessed (today it is extremely painful). It will usually go away in about a week. I don't understand why this is happening - I work out and nothing traumatic happens (twist it or anything) before it starts to act up. A few years ago I did try to get out of the way of a dumb nut riding his bike on a side walk and completely rolled my ankle (the ground to the side of the sidewalk was a few inches shorter than the sidewalk itself) with all of my 6'1 frame putting complete pressure on the outter portion of the ankle - maybe that had something to do with all of this recurring action. Wow, I'm rambling - completely rambling. Point being, I'm going to try and pick this up. Do you remember about how much this costs? Thanks again for more great information, Donna. Have a good evening. Shawn , GeminiDragon <thelilacflower> wrote: > Just wanted to mention this product. No unpleasant scent eaither. It's for arthritis, joint pain, rheumatism, tendinitis, etc. I sent a tube to my friend in England since he has old sports injuries and he can't believe how it's helped him also. > They have a toll free number also 800-876-9505 > Donna > > > " The afternoon knows what the morning never suspected. Guest guest
Make sure when you rub the gel in that you rub until it has completely absorbed and even rub the gel on the other side of your ankle. Have you soaked your ankle in epsom salts? That really helps also. Giant Tic Tac.........hahaha Isn't that an awful scent? I can't stand mint so I hold my breath at the check out area of the grocery store where all those are stashed. matrixenos <matrixenos wrote: Yah, about two minutes ago I just applied a muscle rub - now my foot smells like a giant Tic-Tac. I'm usually skeptical of natural remedy types of things but since " you " mentioned it, I'm going to try it. Thanks again so much. Hope you have a great week.
