Just wanted to mention this product. It's sold in major markets now and of

course Whole Foods.

My Mother suffers with arthritis and can't take any oral medications so I found

this gel for her and it really gives her instant relief.

Donna, this is very timely. I have this recurring ankle thing

happening every so often (every 6 months or so). Out of nowhere my

ankle will swell up and hurt so soooo bad. I think it might be

tendinitus or something. Anywho it started to act up Thursday evening

and has progessed (today it is extremely painful). It will usually go

away in about a week. I don't understand why this is happening - I

work out and nothing traumatic happens (twist it or anything) before

it starts to act up.

A few years ago I did try to get out of the way of a dumb nut riding

his bike on a side walk and completely rolled my ankle (the ground to

the side of the sidewalk was a few inches shorter than the sidewalk

itself) with all of my 6'1 frame putting complete pressure on the

outter portion of the ankle - maybe that had something to do with all

of this recurring action.

 

Wow, I'm rambling - completely rambling.

 

Point being, I'm going to try and pick this up. Do you remember about
