Homemade Chinese stir fry sauce (vegan)

This will stir fry about 1 lb. veggies or a mix of veggies and tofu.

 

4 tablspns soy sauce (lite) or tamari sauce

1 tablspn ginger peeled and grated

1 tsp. sugar (or turbinado sugar)

1 tsp. cornstarch

1/2 tsp. sesame oil

2 cloves of garlic crushed with garlic press.

*1/2 chili pepper flakes (optional) if you like hot*

 

Mix all together and let sit so flavors blend while you trim veggies to stri

fry. I like to also marinate my tofu in this sauce before I fry it in strips.
