I do agree, roasting your own peppers is not to be missed! I also have a recipe for " scalloped potatoes " made with sweet potatoes & yellow potatoes where the sauce is made from roasted plum/roma tomatoes and chipotle chilis. Amy, just poppin' in for sec!
