Closest one is about 2 hours drive north of here in Eugene, OR. Our area is growing though so i hope in time the increased population will bring a greater demand for better shopping; at least that would be a positive change. >Fred > Meyer's has a pretty good selection - they have that Nature's First > brand, or something like that, big bottle pretty inexpensive. ~ i will check that brand out. We do have a Freddy's. > The couscous sounds interesting, my oldest kiddo loves faco > bacos...may have to give it a try! ~ Hope they like the recipe. Couscous is so fast and versatile. Donna had the name - it is Nature's Gate! I love couscous too for it's ease of prep, I hate cleaning it off my two year old's lap though! Guest guest
couscous recipe was delicious!!!!...we love curry so this is a added bonus...i used israel couscous..which looks like b/b's...not the finer grained couscous you buy bulk or box style....as for fred meyers stores...i stopped shopping there because of the anti union stance they have....sorta like walmart, the big name in town that pays the least with basically no health care benefits... melissa_hopp <hoppmel wrote: > >Fred Meyer's has a pretty good selection - they have that Nature's First brand, or something like that, big bottle pretty inexpensive. > > ~ i will check that brand out. > We do have a Freddy's.
