Hahaha! i surely doubt it. But it does have that south

of the border zip to the flavor. Should be called Tex-Mex

Manicotti.

i found the recipe in some quick cooking magazine but

it was full of ground cow meat. i adjusted the recipe

to not harm animals and i would bet it even tastes way

better than the original recipe. It is so filling. i cannot

fathom what the meat version would do to a person's

guts. ugh!
