Guest guest Posted April 19, 2005 Report Share Posted April 19, 2005 OMG I love corn and tomatoes! A great recipe is corn stuffed tomatoes. Hollow out tomatoes and stuff them with corn soufflé. I cheat and use the frozen stuff. ) bake em' at 350 for about a half hour or when tops get a little browned.
