My niece eats fish now and then but she never misses it when she's here for weeks during her college break. I guess if you don't want to cook meats for seafood really you might buy a precooked chicken from the grocery store and she can eat off that. Do you think she would enjoy some of the homemade things like potato tacos (they are heaven) and the lentil loaf with mashed potatoes or the wonderful brown rice recipe PT posted, how about some thick veggie soups, there are so many wonderful dishes in the files maybe you could get around it..........Donna Jenni Billings <jenni wrote:hi everyone! we are back from DC (yeah, we found an apartment!
