I'm sure she will tell me tomorrow. She doesn't use any cookbook and just

explains what to buy and how to make.........It's not my favorite type food

since I'm not really fond of much spice but it's good and she brings these

dishes to the potluck and being she's a vegetarian I always try her food and

really enjoy it.
