Shawn, do you like tofu? This is a recipe you will enjoy is you do. I get my

non-tofu eating brother-in-law to eat it if I prepare it like this........I

drain the water off extra firm tofu and cut in small-medium squares. Marinates

it in lime juice, little tequila, chopped habenero chili and olive oil. Then I

saute it. He eats this with black beans and white rice and my green salsa.

It's way toooooooooooooooooooo hot for me so it should be perfect for your taste
