Guest guest
See, now that's what I'm uh talkin about, Donna! You can't put those suckers in regular pizza boxes. If I'm going to by a slice, I want to be sure they're giving me my moneys worth - not this skimpy thin crusted stuff. lol Shawn (pizza snob) Oh, btw, that pizza dough that rose higher than I expected in that pizza stone was a version of a Chicago style crust (from my pizza ckbk). I don't think it was the truely authentic and traditional style because this one wasn't made with cornmeal. I think a cornmeal crust is the authentic Chicago style type. ...or they put cornmeal on the bottom of the pan. I forget - need food. , GeminiDragon <thelilacflower> wrote: > I was one week in Chicago and and what a pizza I had back there, here in Calif we get pizza with thin crust so often. Well my pals brought home this pizza and it had such high crust on the sides it was in a tall hat box looking thingy......I loved it.
