Well my pals brought home this pizza and it had such high crust on the sides it was in a tall hat box looking thingy......I loved it. Melissa, I've always wanted to try a traditional Chicago style deep dish pizza! It's all about the crust - gotta love the crust. Doesn't the cheese go on bottom and the toppings on top of the cheese? I'm starting to get an idea of that mashed tater pizza with habs on top. I've been to New York and had the New Yoke pizza thing, however I think the Chicago style must beat it out.
