Ooooh, that sounds good too. I've had pizza with potato slices, green

onions, cheese and sour cream on it before. Love them taters.

That sounds good, I make pastas with potatoes, some think it is too

much starch, but it is how much you eat. I am doing lots of curry

food now. One can put eggplant in curry in the lasagne too.

That pasta/potato combo sounds great. I like those mashed potato

stuffed pastas - " peirogi " . Now that is some comfort food!
