I even make potato lasagna. I layer my lasagna with flat long slices of potato

instead of pasta lasagna noodles. It's great too. If you can use a potato in a

dish I sure will find a way. Don't forget your jalapeno slices on your tater

sandwich. It's truly a sandwich that's out of this world in favor...Enjoy your

day! Donna

Hiya Donna. That is the strangest and yet yummiest sounding sandwich

I've ever heard of. Nothing could possibly be bad with those

ingredients! :)

Everyone have a good weekend,

Shawn :)

Hi Shawn,

I don't use pasta when I make the potato lasagna. I just layer using long thin

slices of a large russet potato. try that.

How was the pizza with potato on it made? Was there sauce and the potato on

top? I'm curious now. I have a Boboli in the freezer and ready to

make.........(:- ))))) Donna

That pasta/potato combo sounds great. I like those mashed potato

stuffed pastas - " peirogi " . Now that is some comfort food!
