he was

jacket

pocket. He took him to the doctors to run a drug test and he was

clean but his

thyroid was so low that he was in a serious condition by that time.

~ Yeah, my dh was much the same.

Really tired, gaining weight, and just

not ever feeling rested at all. Thankfully

he was always a skinny guy so the weight

gain he had didn't do him any harm;

he actually liked that aspect aside from

the feeling aweful all the time.

When they got him on thyroid meds he

started feeling great, but he also lost all his

weight. We have just recently got him weight

back up with added whey protein shakes

between meals. Lucky him to have that sort

of metabolism! grrrr *lol*

~ Exactly! i have had nothing but good energy

on a vegetarian diet and there are so many other

reasons for sluggishness. Her blood test should help

her find out her body chemistry.

~ Oh good. i got the idea for it becuase i always

liked cold sesame noodles or Asian inspired dishes

with peanut sauce. Since it worked for noodles i

figured it would work for rice, and it did.

You can use tahini instead of peanut butter, i

sometimes do. Let me know if you like it. :)

And bound, there stands

A hut well thatched:

But take it apart,

And we have the wilderness eternal.
